Tell me about your story.

A few questions and one paragraph is enough to start. I read every note personally and reply within two business days. The next step is a free, no-obligation discovery call — usually two hours, in person where possible.

01 Who are you?
02 What's the project?

Select all that apply.

03 What's the budget?

A rough range is enough — it helps me suggest the right scope.

04 When does it need to happen?
05 Tell me about it.

One paragraph is plenty. What is the company / cause / project, and what would success look like?

06 A couple optional bonuses.

I read every note personally. Reply within 2 business days.

FAQ · The usual asks

A few things I get asked in every first call.

How long does a brand film take from first call to final cut?

Six to eight weeks for a typical short-form brand piece (3 — 5 minutes). Two of those weeks are pre-production, two are production, and the remaining two to four are edit + revisions. Documentary work runs longer — usually 10 — 14 weeks.

Do you travel?

Yes. I'm based in Kerrville, but I shoot regularly in San Antonio, Austin, Houston, the Hill Country, and the Texas coast. National travel is welcome — I just bake the cost into the proposal upfront.

Do you work with agencies?

Often. I keep a separate rate card for agency work and I'm comfortable as a director-for-hire when the creative is set. White-label delivery is fine.

Can you turn around real estate work in 24 hours?

Yes — that's the standard for property films. Aerial + walkthrough delivered next-day, color and audio mixed.

What about wedding or event work?

I take a small number of weddings each year, mostly for past clients and friends. Event coverage is generally not my focus — I'll happily refer you to local filmmakers who specialize in it.

Who owns the footage?

You own the deliverables (the cuts you commissioned). I retain rights to use raw footage in reels and case studies unless you'd prefer otherwise — we'll cover that on the discovery call.
